Visy Pulp and Paper Pty Ltd (Tumut) is conducting an assessment of all of its softwood fibre suppliers. Suppliers of pulpwood and sawmill woodchips will be assessed as part of Visy’s Annex 3 verification program for FSC Controlled Wood. This verification process assesses all wood supplied for High Conservation Values as defined in FSC-STD-40-005 (2-1).
Interested Stakeholders should review the attached documents; VPP 1206 Verification of Controlled Wood 2015 and VPP 1206-02 FSC CW Annex 2 Supplier Risk Assessment Jan 2015 before submitting comment.
