As is usual practice, whenever the Board decides to fill a casual vacancy on the Board of FSC Australia, the members are advised and nominations are called for. If any member of FSC Australia wishes to nominate to be considered by the Board for appointment to fill the casual vacancy, you will need to complete the Directors Nomination form and return it to the Secretary (Natalie Reynolds) by no later than 5pm Friday 1 November 2013. All nominations will be considered by the Board at the November meeting. Casual vacancies subsist until the next annual general meeting, currently scheduled to be held on 28th May, 2014, at which time, the seats go to election in the usual way pursuant to clause 10.3(c) of the constitution.
