Responsible Forest Management Australia Limited (FSC Australia) advises members that it will hold its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday the 26th of May 2016.
All official documents to be reviewed by Members can be downloaded below, including:
- 2015 Annual Report & Financial Reports for approval
- 2014 AGM Minutes for approval
- Proposed Special Resolution
- Explanation of impact of Special Resolution
This year’s AGM will also include facilitated forums to seek members input into a number of topics which require the most work to achieve consensus in relation to the development of the National Forest Management Standard. An opportunity will also be provided for Members to engage with members of the Standards Development Group.

9:30 AGM, including appointment of Directors, voting on special resolution, and interactive updates on key operational areas, including; marketing, strategy, finance, policy and presentation of FSC Australia's Reconcilliation Action Plan (RAP).
12:30 Guest Speaker: David Haydon - COO, Officeworks
1:00 Policy forum, including facilitated discussion about Stakeholder Engagement Guidelines and key areas of the National Forest Stewardship Standard such as waterways and HCVs.
5:00 Networking drinks at Convent Bakery

In order to nominate or vote, members must be fully paid members of Responsible Forest Management Australia Ltd (FSC Australia) by 5pm AEST 1st May 2016.
Members who settle accounts after 1st May 2016 are not eligible to vote at the AGM.
